1. Scope

These terms govern all purchases of parts from Adaan Diesel Craft (“we”, “us”) through this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products and fitment

Parts are aftermarket replacement parts manufactured to OEM specifications. Tractor brand names and OEM reference numbers are used solely to identify compatibility and do not indicate any affiliation with or endorsement by those manufacturers. The purchaser is responsible for confirming fitment before installation; we will confirm fitment on request before an order is placed.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card details. We may cancel and fully refund any order affected by a pricing or stock error.

4. Quotes

Quoted prices and delivery times are valid for 14 days unless the quote states otherwise.

5. Shipping, delivery and returns

Delivery estimates are estimates and not guaranteed dates. Shipping and returns are governed by our shipping and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Warranty and liability

Parts that are defective in material or workmanship will be replaced or refunded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a part is limited to the price paid for that part, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including labor costs, downtime or crop loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
