Shipping and returns

Delivery times

Parts marked in stock usually leave our warehouse within 3 business days. Parts marked made to order show their own estimate. For anything else we confirm the delivery date by email after you order, before your part ships.

Shipping rates

United States: standard shipping is $15.00 per order, and free on orders over $300.00.

Canada: standard shipping is $35.00 per order.

Heavy or oversized orders may be quoted separately; we contact you before shipping if so. We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. All prices are in US dollars.

Import duties

Import duties and customs clearance are included in the delivered price we quote you. We pay them to the carrier when your parts cross the border, so there is nothing to pay when they arrive.

Tracking

We email a tracking number when your order ships. You can also check your order on the order status page.

Returns

Unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address. Returns of correctly supplied parts carry a 15% restocking fee and the customer pays return shipping.

If we sent the wrong part, or a part arrived damaged or defective, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund. Please report damage within 7 days of delivery with photos of the part and packaging.

Fitment

Check the OEM reference number on your old part where possible. If you are unsure, send us your tractor model and we will confirm fitment before you order.
